Embrace the Camera: January 13th

Snow in Louisiana????
Okay so it wasn't a lot but after all, we do live in the south.
I have to admit that today’s pictures are not that great. Mommy was more concerned about slippery fingers dropping her new camera in the cold wet snow rather than actually embracing the moment. I’m a little mad at myself but in my defense I really thought we were going to get more than what we ended up with. The forecast predicted that we would get 1-3 inches of snow. Instead we ended up with a small dusting that turned into ice. I thought we would have a chance to take some more pictures. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out as well as I had hoped. Nonetheless, we did manage to capture a few snap shots.

These are for you Daddy.
The kids wanted you to see what our house looked like. They were so excited that our house got the most dusting on the block. They are pretty sure that it’s because our house sits on a hill. I was told that we made a good choice when picking our house to call home =)

Happy Thursday!!!
