A Special Thank You

Over the past few days I have received emails and messages that have really touched my heart. I have sat here mostly in tears because you all have had so many kind things to say about me. I can’t even begin to express to all of you how much that means to me. I don’t consider myself anyone special or anyone out of the ordinary. I’m just a mommy to three great kids and a wife to pretty awesome guy. However, in the past few days you all have made me feel beyond special. I don’t quite know what this feeling is inside but all I can tell you is that I feel so blessed to have so many wonderful people in my life.

I started this blog mainly because we got orders. For the first time in a long time, we were going to be away from our family and friends. We had been so fortunate to be able to share our lives and our experiences with so many of our loved ones for so long. When we received our orders, I wanted to find a way to keep everyone updated, mainly on the children. So, the blogging adventure began. I spent hours trying to figure things out (I’m still trying to figure things out). Once I was able to navigate my way around, I fell in love with the wonderful world of blogging. I love to come on here and share the many imperfect things that make us perfect. I hadn’t realized how many of you actually read our family blog. It is absolutely amazing to have so many of our family and friends catching up on our crazy life. I never thought in a million years that my little southern life would inspire so many people. Can I just mention again that I can’t express how much your words mean to me!! I think it’s important for all of you to know that my inspiration comes from each and every one of you. I can’t tell you enough that I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t have you all in my life.
