{Choir Festival}

Last week was a big week for choir. Schools all around Bossier City and Shreveport prepared for the annual spring festival. I knew it was a pretty big deal, the festival was something that had been discussed since the beginning of the school year. However, I didn’t realize just how important it was until we walked into the church where the festival was held and noticed that each school was being judged.

I can’t exactly tell you everything that they were judged on. I’m not even going to try to pretend on this one because honestly I couldn’t even hold a tune to try to save my life. 

Reading music and actually understanding it is way beyond my comprehension. Do Re Me Fa So La Te Do is something I remember because of Julie Andrews. I will however mention that CMS Beginning Choir received all 1’s which just so happens to mean PERFECT SCORES!

I will apologize in advance, the videos are a bit bumpy. Jason had to move around a little in order to get Bryanna’s face.

I don't quite know if she was more excited about the scores or the fact that her daddy was able to attend this choir event. Either way, it made for a day full of BIG BRIGHT smiles!
