{Happy Birthday Mom}

Today is a very special day!

Today is my Mom’s birthday.

For those of you who don’t have the honor of knowing my mom,

let me just begin by saying that I am a very lucky girl.

My mom is more than just a mother,

my mom is one of my best friends.

I don’t know where I would be today without my mom.

She is strong, loving, determined, and caring.

We’ve had our share of rough patches

but, my mom has never once walked away from me.

She has never given up on me.

My mom has never turned her back on me.

She has watched me make mistakes.

She has given me advice.

She has hugged me and wiped away my tears.

My mom has watched me succeed.

She has stood beside me with pride in her heart

and

tears in her eyes.

She has enjoyed every milestone in my life.

We have laughed together.

We have cried together.

We have held each other tight.

I know that no matter what happens,

I am always in her thoughts.

Her love is with me everywhere I go.

Happy Birthday Mom!
