{Summer Days Gone Too Soon}

Summer came and is just about gone.  I truly thought that I would have been a blogging fool over the much anticipated summer break.  As you can see, that didn't exactly happen.

But then ended up here.

There was a plan.  At times I wasn't quite sure which direction I was headed but He always had a plan for me and now, I call 1st grade my home!

 

Needless to say because of the changes, we spent a lot of our time over the summer in the classroom.  The other part of our summer was spent here

We took some much needed family time and headed south to visit some of our military family.

Of course, a little sightseeing never hurts either.

We lost a very special family member.

and gained a new one.

What a summer it has been!!! 

Now, the school year is officially in full swing.

Wait for it…..

Jason and I are officially the parents of an 8^th grader, a 4^th grader, and a 3^rd grader!!! 

Don’t ask!!!

I’m not sure how that is even remotely possible!!!

I have had so many blogging requests and I apologize if I didn’t catch them all.  I wish I could say that I will get better but reality has already set in.

Our schedule now revolves around

Football

Swim

Dance

Work

School

And more school!

Guess I will catch y’all around Christmas!!!

On a little side note,

Mom has applied for graduation (YAY!!!!)

However,

I still have to make it through the next 18 weeks (UGH!!!!)

Dad won’t be deploying in October because he is moving to a new career field.

However,

He will be leaving for training in November and won’t be back until late January.

AND

Our follow on orders have been approved.  

Louisiana will still be home!!!
